If you have opened a client account, you may access searches and registrations
previously performed on the site by clicking on the Client Briefcase option on
the Account Home page. From the briefcase page you must enter a date range you wish
to search and then press the “FIND” button to perform a search. This will pull
up all notices and searches entered on the client account with a link to the
associated detail. One important use of the client briefcase is to allow a
secured party to review past initial notices so as to be able to find the
Access Number. The Access Number is needed to be able to make changes to an
existing notice.
